Hi peeps!!.. Thanks for the time and the patience to spend few minutes reading this blog.

Thanks to all participant for the time and patience, confirmation on category is already finalize. Category is divided as below:

1300cc Category ( 1300cc below with force induction) 1600cc Category (1300cc with force induction) 1800cc Category (1600cc with force induction)
Open Category ( 1800cc above with force induction or without force induction)
Campro Category ( only will add on this category if campro registration is exceeded 6 nos of car)

PS: 1300cc or below with force induction eg: Turbo Charge/ Super Charge
will jump into 1600cc category.

1600 cc with force induction eg: Turbo Charge / Super charge will jump into 1800cc category.

1800cc Category with force induction eg: Turbo Charge / Super charge will jump into open category.

Inspection of engine will be done, we got mechanic on this inspection section.

The confirmation on category is already firm, we welcome any suggestion from all the participants.

Rule and regulation :

I) All participant must with proper attire eg:
- Helmet
- Sport shoes
- Glove ( If possible )

II) Make sure all loosen parts must be tighten up eg:
- Battery

III) Make sure the car is in tip top 100% condition, if occurs any accident the organizer will not take the blame.

IV) Once the payment had been done, the registration fee will not be refund.
( Except any special cases)

For registration before 31st of January one category will be given out FREE!! By the organizer, organizer will decide which category will be given out.
Registration still proceed on the event day, before 9 o'clock in the morning. The registration counter will be open on 8.00 am - 9.00 am.

Registration Fee : RM180 each car, per driver (T-shirt will be given out for all those participants who join this event).

GENERAL PREFACE Official Notice of Disclaimer Organizers try their best to provide all participants with a relatively safe environment for everyone involved. Despite strict rule enforcement and strict rule adherence, all participants must be aware that their mere presence at an event presents a chance of becoming critically or fatally injured, even by no fault of their own. These rules do not guarantee or imply that injuries or death will not occur. If there are any questions or problems with these rules and regulations, you are real welcome to speak out for any opinion for further improvement.

Safety Hazards It is the responsibility of each participant to inspect all aspects related to the facility, rules, regulations, and/or instructions pertaining to the event (whether written or verbally stated). Failure to comply with this rule will be cause for permanent ejection from the events. Additionally, everyone involved should consider that no activity, facility, or system is 100% perfectly safe, despite all best efforts. Therefore, each participant is hereby notified that grave and unforeseen danger may exist in any activity, at any event, automotive related or otherwise. Definition of the eventsFirst of all, as an organizer we would like to declare that we hope that all the participants must at least meet the basic requirements. The terms of “race days”, is to bring the fun of motorsport till the core of the earth. We do really appreciate all the participants to cooperative with the organizer to prevent the accident occur.

Basic Requirements Any person wishing to enter the event must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old (16 or over with parental consent**).

• Hold a current valid state driver’s license.**

• Have use of an automobile that meets organizers technical requirements.

• Have proper safety equipment. • Fully pay all applicable fees.

• Have no outstanding debts with the organizers.

• Have knowledge of all of rules found in the Rules and Regulations Publication, and fully agree to abide by them.

• All drivers must be deemed physically fit by their physician to participate in a high stress and physically demanding sport such as auto racing.

• Sign all required waivers

Minors No one under 18 years of age (16 years of age,** with parental consent) is allowed to be on the track. The hot pits (pit lane) are considered part of the racetrack. A minor release form must be filled out and be on file with the organizers at every event for 16 and 17 year old participants. All minor participants should have at least one parent or legal guardian present at all times.

Non-Registered Drivers Only registered drivers are allowed to operate a vehicle on the track. Anyone not officially registered in the event, that is found operating a vehicle on the track at anytime, will be immediately ejected from that event, and from the organizers, along with that person’s guests and crewmembers.

Organizers Participant Conduct Participant Conduct - Expectations Every participant and driver (entrant) at an event shall conduct themselves according to the highest standards of behavior and sportsmanship* particularly in their relationship with other drivers and Officials, and in a manner that shall not be detrimental to the reputation. Failure to do may result in harsh penalties. * The term “sportsmanship,” as used here, is meant to convey an expectation of conduct, and in no way implies that participants are involved in a sporting event or contest. Conduct of Guests and Crew Drivers shall, at all times, be responsible for the conduct and behavior of those accompanying them to an event such as crew, mechanics, and friends. Any offense committed by the driver’s crew, mechanics, or friends will be directly chargeable to the driver. Damage to the racetrack, its surface, fencing, paddock, walls, buildings, trailers, equipment, vehicles, etc., by the driver (including his/her friends, crew, and sponsors) is the responsibility of the driver, and said driver agrees herein to make restitution. This agreement is binding when a driver signs the entry form, so he/she is encouraged to read it carefully. Medical Conditions It is the responsibility of the driver to notify the organizer, about the current sickness or, medical problems that are not listed on the Physical Examination Form (if applicable). Any driver that has an abnormality of the heart as evidenced by an EKG and a Vector-Cardiogram may not be allowed to participate. It is the responsibility of those participants with a history of heart abnormalities or problems, to obtain and submit specific written permission from his/her doctor to the organizer officer before going on track

Responsibilities for Valuables Theft is virtually unheard of at the event day, however the management encourages all participants to lock up their valuables. Participants are strictly responsible for the safe keeping of their own belongings. The event organizers affiliates take no responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of any item while at the event.

Alcoholic Beverages Consumption of alcohol by any participant is expressly prohibited.

Narcotics And Dangerous Drugs The use of any dangerous drugs or narcotics, as defined by Federal and/or state laws, by any driver, crewmember, mechanic, or Official is specifically prohibited, unless prescribed by a doctor.
Rain and Inclement Weather The event will not be canceled due to inclement weather unless ordered by the organizer officer. It is the responsibility of the driver to bring appropriate equipment such as rain tires, clothing, etc. Fire In the event of a fire, come to a safe and controlled stop, engage fire system (if equipped) and exit vehicle as quickly as possible. The Officials will do their best to extinguish the fire. Since a good fire system or extinguisher is the owner’s responsibility, Officials will not be held liable for any damages. Drivers should use common sense when choosing a place to stop cars since the track management may hold drivers responsible for any damage done to the surrounding areas such as hillside and brush. Note: More injuries occur due to accidents while attempting to stop and / or exit a burning vehicle, than are caused by the fire itself. It is important that the driver remains calm and uses good judgment.

Flags are the MOST IMPORTANT form of communication the Officials have with the drivers while they are on the track. Therefore, it is imperative that drivers know what each flag means.

Note: Flags listed in this section are simplified from the Competition Flags, for the purposes of the program.

Green Flag Session is open.

Yellow Flag - Motionless Slow down. Danger ahead. ABSOLUTELY NO PASSING is permitted, until completely passed the incident, or until passed next manned flag station that is not displaying any Yellow Flag(s), whichever comes first. Note: There may be several yellow flags before reaching the emergency area. The requirements are still the same, “SLOW DOWN, NO PASSING.”

Yellow Flag - Waving Great danger, slow down. Be prepared to stop. ABSOLUTELY NO PASSING is permitted, until completely passed the incident, or until passed the next manned flag station that is not displaying any Yellow Flag(s), whichever comes first.

Black Flag - Open Track Officials want to talk to you. Complete current lap and pull into the pits for consultation.

Black Flag - Furled Warning. You are driving in an unsafe manner or you did something wrong. If you continue to do so, an open black flag will be shown to you. Black Flag All All manned turn stations will display standing black flags during this condition. Some turns will display a sign with the word “ALL.” All cars proceed to hot pits. No passing.

Checkered Flag Session is over. Complete current lap cautiously and exit via pit lane. Passing rules remain the same during the checkered flag lap.

Red Flag Emergency. This means that the session has been stopped. No passing is allowed. All drivers shall proceed to the pits using extreme caution, being prepared to stop if necessary. The local Yellow Flags should still be in effect where hazards exist. Drivers must remain in their cars and stay prepared to restart. Drivers that enter the pit lane during a red flag will be sent out at the end of pack during a restart. Note: The Red Flag is meant to be displayed “Standing” (motionless), however it may be waved at the drivers to indicate urgency. The red flag can only be ordered by the Event Director or by the Operating Steward in the absence of the Event Director. . White Flag Emergency vehicle or slow moving vehicle is on course.

* We hope that all those R&R do not really bother all the participants to enjoy the event, however we really hope all the participants can really enjoy the event race day fun and safe*

well well well peeps...its been a long while since we updated our blog here...1st of all our web master took a long holiday ad there is no one to update our lil blog of ours...lemme start where we have left out since 13th july 08...well zoggee...andrew003...fasso...henry...jay kang and siao got crazy and we joined the mam rally x and we did beat the hell out of our rides...everything is covered with mud....and nothing but muds...all of us came out like rally champions...mud all over...will get some of the pics posted up if i can find the pics...hehehe...but the rally result is in the mam rally x home page...after that before national day we participated in the mme 08 but luck is not with us...we got 2.42 qualifying time and placed number 13 heheheh...guess 13 is not good...the pics is in our face book...well we did burn some tyre on that week it self...geez...hopefully gonna try our luck again this year...in the 1k km race...if god of prosperity is siding us...hehehe...then after that around december team bc machine rake in andrew003...steven...fasso...henry...jay kang in a team plus ex rally driver jeff and last but not least ol wise sage zahar both from bmwclubmalaysia.7 of us in a team racing a 6 hours endurance race in a go kart hehehe...it aint easy racing in an endurance...we have the whole of team a1 singapore and malaysia racing in it too...guess u guys must have figured out whose there...by the way zoggee was racing too but in a much more prestigious team...kookaburra placed 6th...hehehe they r the pro am team while us the noobies team managed to place 9th out of the 14 team which started...hehehe not bad for noobies huh...then there is christmas after the go kart thiny...then there comes feb 2009...few of us crazy dingos went to pasir gudang johor for a track day with bimers club central and southern chapter guys...there is roughly 40 bimmers rangine from e30...34...36...46...60...m3...m5...last but not least a honda(andrew003)...hehehe...odd rite...but hey what is wrong we r all car nuts...with bolts...not screws huh...well that is all i can write for now...will post the pics and links a.s.a.p and our next event will be another go kart endurance...so hold on to ur horses...see ya guys soon enough...

It's funny how the Sin Seh asking the Ang Moh( Kwai lo/foreigner) to take his trouser off.Then while poking his face with the accupuntures needles..he said that the treatment will make him young again.

Malaysian Rally X

It was a wild and wet weekend.Happened on 13th July.Hushpuppy,OO3,Siao and Jay Kang participated in the Rally X event.

Zoggee and 003 drove the Starlet in the drift event,The rest compete in the street car class 3.
Fasso shared the FordTX3 with Siao . Hushpuppy shared the oldskool Datsun 160j with Jaykang.

Sepang, 13th July - Held at the off-road track of the Sepang International Circuit, this Motorsport Association of Malaysia ("MAM") backed event attracted 37 entries ranging from rookie to seasoned rally drivers in a variety of vehicles which included street, drift and rally cars to 4x4 vehicles and self-engineered dirt buggies. Having a total of 31 categories and classes to choose from, they came from as far away as Penang just to have a go at competitive rally driving in an event catered for grassroots level enthusiasts. Popular in America and England, this Rally X series made its debut in Malaysia under a programme led by the MAM to encourage motorsports participation via budget friendly events from a very young age.

Having to endure road conditions ranging from hot and dusty in the morning to wet and muddy in the afternoon, competitors went about the business of entertaining spectators with driving skills which are unique to rallying. Led by Malaysian rally celebrities Gunaseelan Rajoo and James Russell, the two of them, driving 4wd turbo rally cars, swapped fastest times in the five run test and ended up tied for first place in their category. In a show of sportsmanship, both drivers agreed to a tie-breaker run which saw James beat Guna by a margin of only one second.

The only female entrant was in the form of Gina Finanza who impressed many with her forceful driving style. At the end of the day, Gina was crowned as the champion of two categories. The youngest driver in the field, 14-year old Matthew Palmer also emerged triumphant in his category. Driving a dirt-buggy engineered and built by his father, a former team member of a World Rally Championship team, Matthew made Malaysian rallying history by being the youngest ever driver to compete in a Malaysian rally event.

Alfatah Saironi put his brand new Toyota Hilux 4x4 pick-up truck through its paces to win his category while everyone cheered on the only Mini Cooper which was entered by performance car mechanic Lee How Seng. Lee, driving in his first ever rally, finished 1st in his category earning him the nickname of Malaysia's 'Mr. Bean' for his choice of car. Drift driver Kenny Hwang swung the tail of his drift prepared Toyota Starlet around the course in spectacular fashion to win his category.

The most promising driver award went to rookie Sean Siew who drove an unmodified Toyota Corolla SEG. Owing to the high number categories and classes, almost everybody went home with a trophy and big smiles on their faces as a bonus.

Round 2 of the MAM Rally X eries is scheduled to be held at the same venue on August 24th. Rally enthusiasts wanting to know more about the event such as participation details can contact the organizer, Wheelspin Event Management at 012-212 3260 or MAM at 03- 7622 8000.

She was the runner up of last year Star idol search. Our Sifu Sean Khoo@Ah Sean Kor,Andrew 003 and Zoggee were with her till wee hour in the morning discussing something(u know...*wink*)...Hanging out at Oldtown Kopitiam at Kota Damansara. We took a few pictures ,talk kok sing song.She is the upcoming new star,workaholic,likes to sing,likes swimming.....hmm. Zoggee been trying to get her to try wakeboarding and show him her bods.LOLWas surprises us was she is still not attached,she told us that she is not those who likes to be control by her man. Oh well,what can we say.? She is who she is.

The sky looks likes crying,the air was humid,the spectators didn't anticipate whats coming.Sun almost on top of their heads and the GT cars exhaust was roaring past by as the guys was walking around the mall area.The guys where having fun.....! They were everywhere .The Booth,the freebies...the cars.Its worth the money they've spent. RM75 for two days.

Th support race was not all that boring...The Formula V6 was fast.The Aston Marin roaring engine was super sexy.The GT girls are balls harderningly inspiring.

Andrew Chew,Bert was there with Zoggee to collect their RM75 discounted tickets for the BC Machine guys.

They were told to collect their tickets at KL Central instead. But saw the programmes of the day and ask if they are allowed to see the free practice.....Friday entrance is free!!!!

They hurried to the mall area like wilddogs scurring like looking for a place to pee...haha.As spoken by Andrew Chew.LOL. Funny fella.

Bimmers Club friends

BC gang with them last weekend for a small closed track day at Dato sagor Track,Kampung Gajah . Which turn out to be fun.
The bimmers guys covoy as early as 6 am from KL..they met uo with zoggee at Rawang R&R North bound.

Zoggee detour and took the bimmers gang to a small fun with lots of turn and HellBoy( black E36328) had two misunfortunate events. One road kill,the simply suicides and he ahd a huge oversteers somewhere between Felda Besout to Sungkai town. Luckily he had a very...very long life.

The hardcore of the guys...Donald,cool Melacca due with his suoped up E36 328i , enlarged Throttle Body,superb handling manual tranny with LSD gave chase to an E46.
The damn car sounds sweet....he had so much fun.
Donalc tailgating his friend,Vincent,bullying his way on the track.The best was when he gives a good run for the money...chasing the E60 530d.Which featured in a video shoot up Gohtong Jaya recently. It was a good fight...friendly fight.

Hellboy's E36 328i...talkative guy.Learnig the track .

Lay Hia,that damn H22A was reliable.since putting on the Tein Coilovers,he was bullying a lot of BC MAchine guys. Even Donald gave words of respect to his car.Lau Hia too gungho...try to bully Donald( in a friendly way).Oh well...nothing bad happens anyway. It was good fun.
There were once,Zoggee tried to chase LAu Hia with Fasso's AE92 with 4AGZE with blacktop tranny.Zogge was testing the Exedy CLutch which he got it from the help of zoggee.Getting the clutch in from Sarawak.

If not mistaken,the Jazz owner was Eric. Penang registered car.He also got an E36....now migling in BMW cars.Lets hope all the best for this dude...Dude.You really gotta put the "Chap Lembu" on ur hands.
Steven's E36 328i...posing most of the day.Zogge was dissapointed with the tapping sound from the engine. He kept swearing BMW Sucks..hah! Luckily nothing major happens except that he tried to drift the cars. Damn....he spun and stopped after that.

The BC guys having a photoshoot after the bimmer guys left. Track fday was fun...we were going at each other,then of course we learned that even tho we had 17 cars on the track on that day,we had more time driving rather then waiting for our turn.

Owns a few shops around town. Got himself a oldskool Datsun 160J xXx...learn to whack his rustbucket.Stored his Force Induction Proton Perdana at home...also thinking of upgrading to BMW world. Been asking Zoggee to set up a test drive Mini Cooper S,the soft top Mini Cooper and crazy over the BMW Z4.

Zoggee invited us gays driver to Sepang open track day. He was suppposed to test the handling set up of a car.
Andrew Chew,Hush Puppy and Lao Hia couldn't resist his invitation. Zoggee dares Lau Hia to test his new Tein Coilover on his Honda SV4. Hush Puppy was drag along.
Once registered and paid...Lao Hia jump stright to his bitch.

Lau Hia ..so happy.Thumbs up even before entering the track. They cant resist the chance to pose for the camera.

Bc Machine guys feels proud and honor to have know Kenny Lee. Because,Kenny Lee is associated with Bill Sherwood,whom we consider as a motorsport guru.

Kenny Lee's Car. HPC Assistant Chief Instructors . Last year MME winner in Group C. He was as awesome driver. The HPC group still regards him as the winner even though he was Disqualified. The legendary Bill Sherwood is in his team. It will be a honor to be under his guidance. Imagine his 1.6 Black Top was able to hold the lead in his group C and still faster then the Group B 2.0 I-Vtec Civics. Now thats what we call awesome.!! This year he will be going in with a Toyota Levin 111.

Another Milestone 4 TBCM

Congratulation to Andrew Chew and Steven Hwang.They were at Citykarting Shah Alam last Saturday.They were supposed to be in the HPC certification Course somewhere in Shah Alam. But ended up having lunch with the HPC group Of Instructors including the Management.

Both Steven and Andrew being dragged down to City Karting to participate in go-kart activites. Brian( management) and Julian ( Head Instructors) acts as pace car to evaluates their driving style.

The Siam Paragon

There was such hype at the previous track event about the Paragon in Siam that I'd decided to do a simple search on what all this talk is about.

Here's a simple write up of The Paragon in Siam (I'm not sure if this is what you guys meant).

"Siam Paragon is an upscale shopping mall in Bangkok, Thailand. It is one of the biggest shopping centers in Asia. Opened on December 9, 2005, it includes a wide range of stores and restaurants as well as a multiplex movie theater (consisted of 15 large size theaters with one of the them having the biggest screen and seating capacity in Asia) and the Siam Ocean World aquarium (the largest aquarium in South East Asia) and an exhibition hall and also an opera concert hall. It also has a large bowling alley and karaoke center. It is a joint venture by Siam Piwat, the company that owns the adjacent Siam Center/Siam Discovery shopping malls, and The Mall Group, which also owns The Emporium. Siam Paragon has attracted large crowds since it opened, but financial results aren't reported by the privately held Siam Paragon Development.

History
Siam Paragon was built on the former location of the Siam Intercontinental Hotel, which was torn down in 2002 at the end of its lease. The site, leased for 30 years, is Bureau of the Crown Property land and at one time was the royal parkland of the Srapatum Palace. During the mall's construction, waiting passengers on the Bangkok Skytrain's Siam station platform could watch the building take shape. Now the Siam station platform has one of the best views of the mall's raised courtyard, where many expositions and events are held. Often people will purchase a one-station trip ticket (with which they can leave the same station from where they purchased the ticket) simply to watch performances or other happenings on the courtyard.

When the mall opened on December 9, 2005, workers were still putting on finishing touches. During the first few months of its opening, there were signs of a hurried finish throughout the building, with unpainted ceilings and cracked floor tiles.

She later died of her injuries. A visit by the Bangkok Post to the accident scene found no warning signs had been put up to tell visitors of the possible danger posed by the gap in the floor that Nong Meena slipped through. Saturday's 15th March Defensive Driving

Last weekend, Team BC Machine had attended a Defensive Driving Course with Lead Instructor Sean Khoo (aka Ah Sien), and assisstant instructors Joe-Han and Yoong (aka MrNismo).

This course was basically an introduction to car control with very basic maneouvers, emphasizing on weight balance and car control. We were introduced to the slalom, staggered gate and finally an obstacle evasion exercise. It was a real eye-opener to a large majority of the participants on driving which we all take so much for granted.

Yoong was used as the puppet for demo purposes.
Sit up straight with wrists over the 12 o'clock position on the steering wheel.Yoong demonstrating steering gripping positions.

2 o'clock and 10 o'clock position.3 o'clock and 9 o'clock position.

All participants were warned not to drive "kung-fu style" as shown in the pic below because this prevents evasive steering work if emergencies do occur.

No "forklift" steering work as well as this will allow slip and eventual loss of control.

Yoong demonstrating the "push-pull" steering work where each hand only covers 180deg. of the steering wheel and there are no overlaps/crossing of arms.

Demo of pedal work where most importantly, the left foot should always be on the dead pedal except for de-clutching and re-engagement. This also helps you steady your upper body when turning.

Yoong was the marshall that day, directing traffic as everyone was ready to go for the slalom exercise.

First up was Jay Kang and his Perdana.

Next was Lao San and his super white Vios.

Ah Seow doing well with his Ford Sampan TX3 through the slalom.

Ah Aun and his E36 Bimmer had a good exercise through the slalom being a rear wheel drive.

Andre (003) with his lean, mean EG6 showed everyone it's handling prowess.

Andrew (Snappy) with the Silver Banana (Perdana) rolling from cone to cone, accompanied by the sounds of screeching tires.

Daniel's Civic SOHC did great despite a lack in power. But it's all about balance and driving finesse.

Ah Seow's Ford at it again. He couldn't get enough of the slalom. Look at the Sampan roll, yet Ah Seow handled it superbly.

Lao Heah and his powerful Accord. He handled it with much dexterity although the car was nose heavy. Great effort!
Participants were stopped as it was about lunch time and to respect the locals as its prayer time.

After lunch, the instructors went to work straight away to set the track up for a low speed slalom which was to be done in forward then in reverse continuously. Yikes!

The Perdana's initiated the event while the instructors took timing.

Snappy's Perdana had an appetite for cones as it ate up at least 3 of them... In reverse!!!

The Civic had a smooth drive with no taste for cones. What can I say, it's an acquired taste! :)

The heavens clouded up and decided to favor us with some rain. It drizzled initially and soon started pouring cats & dogs. Naturally, we were quite pleased with the slippy surface and the E36 was taken out for a wringing in the wet.

Sean was requested to teach Lao Heah oversteer control but sadly, the rear brakes were not locking up. So another candidate car was chosen, Andrew's (Snappy's) Perdana, and Sean took it out to show us all oversteer control, handbrake turn, 360deg. flick, and j-turn in a single lane (no cones were harmed in this video!).

Not one to be left out, Yoong set off in his Caldina GT-four with both Andrews (003 & snappy) and Tougeking as passenger. They had a blast to be in a drifting SUV.

Not about to be outdone, Tougeking also joined in the slipping fun with his Touge Machine.

That night at the chalet, the participants were cooling off in the beautiful pool, with permission from the staff for night use of course. All sorts of fun were had as you can view from the video.

As we were going to check out of the chalet the next morning, the hotel staff requested for a team picture to be taken. Naturally, being the nice chaps we were, obliged with the request in turn that our cameras be included :P

It was a great event and all participants had a fantastic time with a lot learnt. We at Team BC Machine would just like to wish the event organizers a HUGE thank you for all the times had. A successful event in totality.

A weekend at the Dato Sagor Track

Team BC-Machine had a track day to offer an introduction to track driving with the aid of Zoggee and Tougeking.
Tougeking was also the events manager and VIP driver of this event. This event was held at the Dato Sagor track in Kampung Gajah.

Part of the team had already arrived at Dato Sagor track on Friday to clean up and prep for the weekend activities. Kudos guys!

The second group of fellas due to arrive on Saturday morning met up at the Bukit Merah R&R for breakfast and pushed off at 5.00a.m. sharp for the journey to Kg. Gajah, led by Steven in a yellow Bimmer. They decided to go off the highway for some touge action.

Everyone arrived at the track in time for setup and registration.
Then we proceeded with the driver andhepers/marshall briefing. After which everyone went through scrutineering of their vehicles as a safety precaution.

In the midst of briefing, BCM 003 yelled out that he'd seen buffalo. Naturally, no one paid him any mind thinking that he was joking as always. But seeing the "serious-ness" in his eyes (or the lack of it), we turned around to see that a herd of buffalo had actually came on track. I guess they were looking for some action too eh... Boo-yah!

Tougeking was busy changing his tires under the tent as he was the most anxious person to get on track! First round and BCM Snappy had flagged him down for sliding :)In the midst of all the excitement, BCM 003 had missed out on his lunch. So he went and bought himself some fried noodles only to forget the utensils, so he had to eat it doggy style! (No! Fasso, it's not part of your nocturnal agenda)

The team had decided to change the layout of the track a little for the afternoon, turning the right sweeper after the grandstands to a hairpin S-turns. This change in course layout of course warranted another briefing which Zoggee had dutifully carried out. Cheers mate!
Everyone of course listened intently (because Zoggee's one fierce mutha!), even the helpers!

Even the touge.com fellas had some drifting fun courtesy of Zoggee during lunch time, but only 15 mins was allowed and only in parts of the track not utilized at other times of the day. This rule is so that everyone else has safe runs without worry of debris on the track surface.

Here's a preview of the White Starlet,which belongs to Mikextreme from TCM forum.Zoggee was testing the Starlet and misbehave in track as well. Zoggee...No drifting.....!!!

At the end of the event, we had a simple photo session with our contributors and sponsors which were of grreat help and support to this event. We wouldn't have done it without them.. *hip-hip-hooray*clap*clap*clap*

Maxxis Tires boss standing between Zoggee and Tougeking, all smiles. Tougeking also tested the Maxxis Victra i-Pro on track, with boss-man riding shotgun, and had nothing but praise for it!!! It provides good traction in dry, built with a stiff sidewall to provide great steering feedback, and it has a very linear loss of grip so that safety levels are always kept in check. Look out for it at a launch near you!

Some say this is the Holy Grail of NA induction. It is called ITB (Individual Throttle Body) and more commonly known as the 4-throttle (for the obvioius reasons).

This set was made and custom fabricated for Honda's masterpiece of an NA engine. This set of ITB was made for the B16A!!!

Snappy Perdana's brakes serviced

The snappy Perdana came over to meet up with BCM 003 and BCM Hush Puppy for a brake system service.

Snappy met up with 003 first to go for a parts run to get all the seals and etc in preparation for the job ahead. After which, a short visit to Insa Dunia was in order to quench their thirst and burbling bellies! Hush Puppy arrived shortly to join the duo for a drink and a smoke as it was raining by then and work could not progress.

Once the rain stopped showering, the trio proceeded to the workshop and started work immediately on the car (Perdana). A multitude of things had to be done and so BCM Tan was called upon for an extra hand at the workshop. The entire brake system had been bled, stainless steel braided brake hoses were installed, the master pump was serviced and cleaned of all sludge and grime, and the front brake pads were changed.

Front brake pads were changed for a renewed feel and old rubber hose is seen atop.

Stainless steel braided brake hose had been installed for much improved pedal feel and pistons were serviced for safe and sustained driving. Look at how shiny it is!!!

These are samples of the old brake components which had to be replaced. The brake hose had expanded and those Bendix pads were worn so bad that the resin holding it together had been evaporated.

The fresh new Bosch Dot 4 Clutch and Brake Fluid in the newly serviced master pump along with fresh seals and piston.

Fresh and still VERY clear Bosch Dot 4. Ain't it a beaut?

The job was completed late at night due to a shortage of parts initially and ample distractions later on :P

The car feels great with progressive pedal feel and ample bite. Do consider doing this simple service before any hard driving if you had not yet done it. Had yet to test for touge or track, but testing will be carried out soon. See you all in March at the Dato Sagor track in Kg. Gajah!!!

Sepang open track day (27-01-2008)

canIt started off as a lazy Sunday morning after the ordeal the BC_Machine guys went through on Saturday night chatting like there was no tomorrow. There were cigarettes, there were drinks, there was a cool place to relax at and an inexhaustible pool of ideas. From cars to foods to hookers. That made for chatting until 6a.m. and the track day was on Sunday!!! Once everyone went off to noddy-land, who was to call but Andrew Chew (snappy one). He had arrived as promised by 8a.m. sharp.

Everyone was woken up except BCM Hush Puppy whom had to have a TIT massage before he was forced to get up. Everyone showered and watched an episode of Rides whilst gaining some ideas from them American nuts then took leave to have our brunch.

After a hearty meal to fill everyone up for track attack mode, the entire team took leave and went to Zoggee's shop to have pre-track checks and to clean up the machines before the attack!

Once done, a petrol kiosk was in order and to check air pressure for our dear tires, at the same time getting some bottled water for the day's consumption. After which, everyone went to meet up with Zoggee's friends at the Dengkil R&R just before Sepang.

A merry contingent of track junkies were making their way to the Sepang F1 Circuit already so the team also decided that it's time they did the same. Upon arrival, every driver had to dish out RM200 in exchange for a paper wrist band :( *blek*

It seems that the team was there early so everyone got in top spots for their machines at the pits. Tan was with his V6 as usual... Proud as can be... *blek*

And the rest as follows.

The two touge kakis from the North. Tougeking with his pristine TE72 and Snappy with his ori Perd SEi. BCM's 12 and his V6 accompanied by Zoggee's Kookaburra!
These are the last but not least, the track monsters. Lao Heah's Accord and Kang's E2 Perd.

There are a huge number of cars on the track that day and a great deal of them were well prepped. The day ended in every driver in exhaustion and every car in need of a check up. But it was all good and VERY worth it! Try it at least once and have the bragging rights to say, "I've been there before!". It is indeed an experience like no other for the automotive enthusiast in YOU!

Snappy 'lil KP!!!

Andrew (The Snappy One), had recently utilized his TE's crumple zones fully and had been on a car search since. After some KE hunting and him losing interest in the sport of drifting (being the hot blooded touge enthusiast that he is), decided to get a small featherweight to be fully prepped for attacking the touge.

Thanks to BCM Tan (12), he had landed on a pristine condition (almost) KP60 Toyota Starlet. This little bugger has a 2K engine running off it's 720kg (odd) curb weight. The 8-valve OHV 1.0 L (993 cc) 2K was produced from 1969 through 1988. The rough output of this little engine was 45 hp at 5600 RPM and 66 Nm at 4000 RPM, which at that time is rather good considering that the Kelisa EJ-DE (989 cc petrol DOHC 12-valve engine with electronic fuel injection system) produces 54 HP at 5200 RPM and 88.3Nm at 3600 RPM! The beauty of this little engine is that the intake and exhaust are on the same side of the engine head leaving the other side free to accomodate the spark plug and push-rods.

This snappy little car was a beautiful purchase as the body condition and structural integrity was very well kept (for a 27yrs old car). The interior is still in pristine condition, the rear boot absorbers were still holding up, and it came along with 13"x5" alloys and some little extras :P

After BCM Tan (12) helped to complete the grant transfer inspection, Andrew (The Snappy One) came over to drive it a bit and we all had some fun doing a few doughnuts at a sandy patch somewhere in BM. Even the FF cars were joining in the fun with Lao San and Tommy's (sticker man) car.

But alas, the fun was shortlived. The next day, Andrew (The Snappy One) wanted to drive the KP home but to his dismay found that the engine con-rods had knocked themselves silly. So after a couple of worrying days, a number of solutions came up and each were thoroughly thought through and the only feasible one is to complete the pending SC Vios, and initiate the KP project - "Snappy 'lil KP".

With other options posing immensely diluted timelines, and a replacement 5K engine costing RM1500, the "Snappy 'lil KP" project will be initiating sooner than expected.

Acknowledgements to BCM Tan (12) for keeping a keen eye out for this car and doing all the runner duties, BCM Henry (Hush Puppy) for helping to resolve the TE and KP ails plus running around a fair bit.

Finally, congratulations to Andrew (The Snappy One) on acquiring this most recent project car. We'll be looking forward to using it as a billboard! :P

p.s. Curb (kerb) weight is the total weight of a vehicle with standard equipment, all necessary operating consumables (such as motor oil and coolant), a full tank of fuel, and not loaded with either passengers or cargo.

today we tried something out of this world which is a home made super charger in a vios(lao san's)...the charger is from a subaru and the car is a toyota...what think u about this???crazy eh???Wa Bo Ka Li Phian(i no lie u)...well this is what we r best at...making the impossible possible...Huan Lo Eh Ma(worry eh)...well there r some pics down under...so to those people out there think this puny vios is a munchy snack...Come La Scared Ah???

Touge Night,Balik Pulau !

Last night,the Team BC Machine guys went to Balik Pulau with the V-Sixers guys and some of their friends.
But luck was not with our friend Ah Siow with his th(rusty) yellowFord.He tail gated ah tan in andrew(tcm) silver perdana sei too close and can't anticipate what's infront of Tan's vehicle...there was a slippery spot(se-buuk of cambong fish) at a bend and he lost steering input, skidded and 2 become 1 with the divider(thinks he can do like Initial D"pai shui dou pao fatt"排水道跑法sliding on the drain technique) :p

My advise....Guys,look as far as you can.Look forward.Don't tail too close to the vehicles in front of you while driving.Never ever...Do not tailgate ,no matter wet or dry(or in this case fish on the touge).Come on guys.We are here to have a nice drive.Why race each other on the road(tan's bad). Don't show how good you are,don't show what car you drive(th"rusty" yellow ford),Don't say you are damn keng....and now? who's suffering(the dead fishes).

Please pratice safe driving on the road. Don't let this happen to you.This is due to happen.It's a driver's error(or the fish)???

last night was the last day of year 2007...all of us(ayam,fasso,tan,lao san,003,hush puppies and siao) was having a new years eve party at BC~M HP(henry)'s bungalow third floor roof top...we were having steam boat and lotsa drinks...there were wines,beers,liquors and last but not least toddy...everyone was drinking and eating and drinking and eating and everyone got snappy...ayam got all geared up after all those spirits and he started to sing and dance and as what we see down there is him doing jive,cha²,waltz and dun forget chicken dance...after that we saw the whole penang region fireworks...we all shouted and whises everyone happy new year...

Merry Christmas!!!!!

Team BC Machine Christmas convoy was indeed fun filled of activities.

Andrew Chew and his gf from Penang Island joined us,He was greeted by Henry( BC_Hush Puppies) at Nibong Tebal shell petrol at 6 am.
Then they met up with Zoggee at the wet market for breakfast. The rest of the guys( Jay,Andrew003,Siau & Tan) reach a few minutes after that.

We heads off to Serdang Kedah and TT again..this time at the famous wilboar curry.And Zoggee tested Jay on how to do a balancing act.His victim No.2...haha.

We turned to Taiping once we reached the T junction of Selama Perak.We didn't go to Taiping town,Zoggee suggest that we go to Bukit Merah town...so we went straight at Kubu Gajah town cross juntion.

The drive was fun...not that fast but fun.There were virtually no oncoming car from that stretch.The guys keeps saying that the roads was fun..especially the stretch going to Pondok Tanjung town...a lot of ondulating, off camber corners. Even Andrew Chew likes it.We turn to Bukit merah at the Batu Kurau road.

Zoggee ask us to park out car for another photoshoots...this time we parked just besides the lake and the view of Bukit Merah was awesome.The waters are flat...windy and cool.

Kampung Gajah Track Day 9th December

Day 2....The fun begins.

Steven leads the convoy from the north. 15 cars turns up...who paid in advance.
They met up at Bukit Merah R&R as early as 7 am. with one 4x4 as a back up and crew members. Thanks to Touge Racing Absorbers Team.

Andrew,Tan and zoggee had their breakfast at thr resorts...overheard that the BC Mchine guys were already halfway thru the journey.They rushed out to met them...BC Mchine convoys arrived as plan. Tougeking was stuck in Ipoh...Hans ahad a minor accident.TougeKing had to wait for Han to sought out his problems.Then Han hitch a ride fromTougeKing.We feel bad for him.

Once we reached there...Tan was already there.Telling us that we need to park our cars to designated place to avoid parking problems.
Zogge came a few minutes later and brief the guys what and not to do in the track..then divide us to groups. G1 for track newbie...then BC Mchine guys who was there before sits with them.Not as instructors...but helps the newbie to familiarise themself in the track.
G2 for those who's driven there...reason we do that because we don't want the newbie to get panick when we drives together with them.

Zoggee leads them in the track ...telling us that passing not allowed for first 5 laps.

Bert...still a bit blur.Keep asking about his racing line. Steven almost crashed his E36. Fasso was frigthened by Tan...why?? haha .........funny! Tan pulled the e brake but never realease...that startled Fasso and lifting off the throttle ...spinning the car 360.....!!!

Lau Hia...keep trying to drive fast in the wet...he got balls!

At the end of the day...everybody had fun.Our group are happy....Only minor set back was Tougeking was being abused...
- some of his friends who came acted foolishly..by taking two passengers.Not taking thier safety in hands and cost TougeKing a hard scolding from track owner.
-some of his friend who came and drives but paid half of the track fees...come on la. why no standard ....
-self called Driving Instructors who paid half the fees....somebody died and made you instructor ka??
TougeKing nearly incure a lost.

We...Team BC Machine paid in full. Won't jepeordise TougeKing reputation. And always practice Safety whenever driving in track. Zoggee even stops his brother Steven for not following the hands signals.

BC Machine have the rights to say this...cos it's consider our Track Day. We paid in full and in advance.

Anyway,we..the BC Machine guy will be going there again.Probably next year February. For those who is interested...please keep reading.

The group was at Dato Sagor Track in Kampung Gajah last weekend.Tan Andrew and Zoggee was there early.They were join by Staria Neo Club and our sifu....the TougeKing was there waiting for us nwith his beautiful girlfriend.

Later in the afternoon,Andrew,Tan and zoggee then went to check in the Pasir Salak resort just opposite the track...abt 4.5km to be exact.
The resort is quite nice...not that glamour as the high class but pretty decent.everybody went in the pool trying to cool off from sunny days.
But what really surprised them were the presence of birds...!! rare and wild Hornbills.

The Satria guys still driving as we know...cos we an still tyres screeching.One of the guys called zoggee and says that they've had enough...and says goodbye.

Since that Andrew is familliar with the roads there in Perak...and zoggee was yearning for the famous Fresh water Prawn that Tanjung Tu'alang.everubody ahrees to drives to the town to try the prawns.The drives there was nice.but once we reached there...the usual restaurant that Andrew went was closed. So we went in to the biggest Restaurant in town.
The restaurant sucks big time...the prawns looks nice,We ordered Prawns steamed with ginger and garlics.Kangkung vege...and a Patin fish.

The Patin not fully cooked,the vege is normal...and the aPrawns are tasless.

Why we says SUCKS?? cos the bill is really absurd. The Prawns alone cost us RM210 !!!! Thats freaking expensives.Even in Penang famous Batu Kawan restaurant doesn't cost that much...Even Zoggee says that KL won't charged so high either. So for those who are reading this...DO Not Enter this restaurant. oh yeah...their service sucks too., The lady boss noticed that we are not happy with the price...argh. We dun care..Do Not go to that restaurant!!

Here's the name signage of the restaurant...Don't go!!!! Or you'll regrets going in!! The dinner for 6 adults and 2 small kids cost them a whopping RM279!! yucks!!!!!
